Danya Mor, Esq.

Danya Mor practices in all areas of commercial real estate transactions and financing, including joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, development, management and commercial lending. Ms. Mor has vast experience in these areas, as well as commercial leasing and real estate development.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mor practiced real estate law in Israel where she represented major developers in various real estate matters, including Africa Israel Investments Ltd., one of Israel`s largest and most dynamic real estate groups, engaged in land development, construction, trade, tourism, and international hotel management.

Some of Ms. Mor’s notable transactions include:

• Representing a borrower in a $50,000,000.00 refinance of an office and retail building in Times Square, New York City;
• Representing a borrower in a $145,000,000.00 refinance of an office building in Reston, Virginia;
• Representing a lender in a $21MM refinance of a commercial and residential building in New York City; and
• representing a purchaser in a $4,000,000.00 purchase of commercial property in New York City.

Ms. Mor received her LL.B. from The College of Management in Israel and earned her LL.M. at Benjamin N. Cardozo, School of Law. She is fluent in Hebrew and admitted to practice in New York and Israel.
