Yuri Burshteyn, Esq.

Mr. Burshteyn practices all aspects of real property law and institutional lending.  His expertise encompasses real estate transactional law throughout the United States, secured and unsecured lending, cooperative and condominium law, and leasing transactions.  He has represented national commercial lenders, well-known real estate families, foreign and institutional investors in the various acquisition, sale, and financing transactions.

Some recent, more interesting transactions that Mr. Burshteyn has handled include the financing and purchase of a 90,000 square foot office and retail building in the heart of Indianapolis, Indiana, the sale of a Manhattan luxury condominium to a New York professional athlete, and the acquisition of an 80,000 square foot shopping center in Ohio.

Mr. Burshteyn was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2002 has earned his Juris Doctor in 2001 from St. John’s University School of Law collecting notable achievements such as a member of the St. John’s Journal of Legal Commentary, a member of the Dean’s List and a finalist in the St. John’s University School of Law Mock Trial Competition.
